Hi, I’m Panee Kue — the founder and artist behind PK5 Star Beauty’s Bar located in Anoka and Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. For over 6 years, I’ve been helping clients and students feel more confident by enhancing their natural beauty. I believe in taking my time with each person, whether it’s their first brow tattoo or their first day in class.

What started as a love for drawing, coloring, and creating turned into a passion for helping others feel beautiful — inside and out.

I speak Hmong, Thai, Lao, and English, and I welcome everyone with care, kindness, and patience. I love seeing my students succeed and grow into confident artists themselves. It brings me so much joy to be part of their journey.

Whether you're coming in for lashes, brows, or training, my goal is simple: To help you feel seen, supported, and beautiful — just as you are.
